Paper Chasers LLC is owned and operated by Michael Winius.
Michael built the company around firsthand experience with complicated paperwork, deadlines, public agencies, legal procedures, business operations, document organization, and the practical challenges people face when trying to move an important matter forward.
That experience shaped a direct service model: listen carefully, clarify the assignment, organize the information, maintain realistic expectations, document the work, and communicate the next step.
Michael works directly with clients, attorneys, businesses, property professionals, and organizations from intake through completion.
