Paper Chasers LLC provides project-based and task-based professional support services. Pricing depends on scope, timeframe, location, and complexity. We confirm scope and pricing before work begins.

How Pricing Works

Quoted Project Pricing

Used when scope is clear and measurable.
Includes defined deliverables and a defined completion window.
Out-of-scope work requires approval before proceeding.

Time-Based Pricing

Used when scope is evolving or unknown at the outset.
Work is tracked in reasonable increments appropriate to the task.
Updates are provided as needed to avoid surprises.

Deposits & Upfront Payments

Some projects require a deposit before commencement. If a deposit is required, it will be communicated in writing during scope confirmation. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

Deposits reserve time and scheduling.
Deposits may be non-refundable once work begins or time is reserved.
Any remaining balance is due upon completion of the agreed deliverables.

Rush Requests & Expedited Work

Requests with short deadlines may require an expedited/rush fee depending on schedule impact and complexity. Rush status is not confirmed until acknowledged in writing.

Mileage, Travel, & Service Area

We operate in Wisconsin with an emphasis on the Fox Valley Area. Work requiring pickup, delivery, in-person service, or travel may include mileage and time charges where applicable. Travel terms are confirmed during scope confirmation.

Scope Changes

Scope is confirmed before work begins. If additional tasks are requested (or new facts are discovered) that materially change the scope, Paper Chasers LLC will pause and request approval before proceeding.

Scope Rule: No out-of-scope work is performed without approval. This prevents surprise charges and protects both parties.

Cancellations & No-Shows

Scheduling and reserved time may be subject to cancellation fees depending on timing and scope.
For in-person/time-specific work, missed appointments may be billable where time was reserved.

Payments

Payments are securely processed through Square after scope and pricing are confirmed. If an invoice is issued, the invoice controls the amount and payment terms.
